The project envisions a new identity for Vorë as an inhabited landscape, where architecture, nature, and everyday life converge into a cohesive system. Conceived as an independent and permeable district, it creates a social and environmental microclimate focused on well-being. Linear volumes and continuous green spaces reinterpret the local natural heritage, transforming it into urban infrastructure. Beyond a physical development, the project proposes a contemporary lifestyle model (resilient, inclusive, and forward-looking) where balance, sustainability, and human relationships shape a new vision of living.
