The former Cinema Corso is reimagined as a cultural incubator in the heart of Vicenza, an open and inclusive space for art, research, and community. Its permeable, light-filled architecture becomes a democratic and flexible environment, merging historic walls with a new steel structure in a language of simplicity and authenticity. A central skylight visually connects all levels, enhancing spatial continuity. Hybrid functions (labs, coworking hubs, artist residences, and a public rooftop) shape a dynamic organism designed to adapt over time. A project that weaves memory and innovation, regenerating the city through culture and shared experiences.
